Kindness is an compassionate act that shows consideration and caring,it is also important to be kind because if eu treat other ppl kind they will return their kindness to eu.people can show their kindness by being considerate and helping people.I have done many kind things to other people like helping ppl to carry things,helping somebody to get up when they fall..blahblah..after i helped them i felt like a very kind person.I could spread this message by helping others and teaching them how to be kind..
